Refund Eligibility

Since our services involve consulting, strategy, and personalized assistance, refunds are granted on a case-by-case basis. Refunds may be considered under the following circumstances:

  • If a service is canceled by the client within 48 hours of purchase and before substantial work has commenced.

  • If TheCarTellLV is unable to deliver the promised consulting services due to unforeseen circumstances.

  • If a refund request is submitted due to a failure to receive the service as outlined in the service agreement.

Non-Refundable Services

  • Fees paid for completed consultations and strategy sessions.

  • Services that have already been delivered and utilized.

  • Any fees related to assisting in vehicle selection, once recommendations or guidance have been provided.

  2. Transaction Details (Date & Service Purchased)

  3. Reason for Refund Request

Our team will review the request and respond within 7 business days. If a refund is approved, funds will be processed via the original payment method within 10 business days.
